Awesome Expresso-Choc. Cake

Simple, quick! Pre heat: 350

2 oz Baking Choc. 1 TS Vanilla
1 Egg 3/4 cup Expresso
1 Cup Sugar 1 1/3 Cup Flour
1/3 Cup Oil 1 TS Baking Powder
1 TS Baking Soda

Melt Choc. Set aside. Grease & flour 8" Pan
Combine beat egg, and sugar (add slowly)
Add oil, Vanilla, Choc. and coffee; Beat well
Mix Flour, Baking Powder & Soda.
Add slowly to wet mix, and beat well.
Spread, and bake about 40 Min (Till toothpick is clean) Try it, You'll like it!!
